System One Acquires Aucoin Telecom & Utility Construction, Expanding Full-Service Capabilities for System One's Telecom-Engineering Services Division, Mountain Ltd. 

Pittsburgh, PA —October 5, 2026 

System One announced its acquisition of Aucoin Telecom & Utility Construction, LLC, a leading regional infrastructure services provider focused on building, maintaining, and repairing critical utility infrastructure in energy and telecom markets. Aucoin will work closely with Mountain Ltd., System One's telecommunications engineering services division, enabling a true full-service, turnkey solution for customers, from engineering through construction.  Joe Aucoin, the founder, will remain in place as Aucoin's president. 

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, Aucoin has a demonstrated track record of building and maintaining telecom and energy infrastructure across New England and New York, serving both private and public sector clients. The company delivers a broad range of infrastructure services, including utility tower structural support, inspection and maintenance, aerial and underground construction, fiber splicing and testing, inside plant and structural cabling, and generator installations.
